1. Where is my order?

2. How do I return an item?

Ans : Please see our Returns policy information with full returns instructions

3. When will I receive my refund?

Ans: We will process your return on the same day we receive your items, once it has been processed you will receive an email confirmation (please check your junk folder!)Your refund will go back via the payment method you used when placing your order.Please allow 5-10 working days for your bank to process the refund.

4. What happens if I receive a faulty item?

Ans : If you unfortunately receive a faulty item, please send it back to us within 3 days with a description of the fault, and we will process a full refund including the originaldelivery charge. Faulty items will be checked on receipt and validated.

5. How can I change my name and address?

Ans : you can change any of your personal details such as name or address in the Manage Account section of the website or Application, by clicking on Edit Details. When an order is placed, you cannot make changes to your name or address once your order has been dispatched.
